  1. Notice of Reconvened Annual / Election Meeting of the Members

    Event Starts: October 09, 2019

    We are pleased to announce that the Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at 7:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs and to elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors.

    Enclosed in this packet you will find the agenda and a proxy. Even if you plan on attending, it is important that you return your proxy as unforeseen circumstances may occur, preventing you from being able to attend. The Annual Meeting of the Members cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If quorum is not met in this meeting, the meeting shall reconvene on the same date with a quorum requirement of ½ of the subsequent meeting.

      Date: Wednesday, October 9, 2019
      Time: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

      McKinney, TX 75071

  • Pool Open Until October 1st

    The Pool will Resume Regular Hours until October 1st! With temperatures still in the 90’s and Sunny Weather, the Pool will remain open for Regular Hours Daily until October 1st, 2019. The Board will revisit the final pool closing date for 2019 in late September. Go enjoy!
