We are pleased to announce that the Annual Election Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association, present information on current Association affairs, and to elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors.
Enclosed in this packet you will find the Draft Agenda, Proxy, and Candidacy Form. Please Note: Even if you plan on attending, it is important that you return your proxy as unforeseen circumstances may occur which could prevent your attendance. The Annual Election Meeting cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If quorum is not met, the meeting shall adjourn then reconvene, and the required quorum at such subsequent meeting shall be one-half (1/2) of the quorum requirements for the preceding meeting, or 15%. You may assign your proxy to a Member of the Board, or to a neighbor of your choice who will be in attendance.
