Pool Requests and Concerns

POOL HOURS ARE SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 9AM - 9PM AND SATURDAY 9AM - 12AM

To enter the pool area, please use your pool card.  There will be no lifeguard on duty

• If you have not submitted a pool key request form, please do so by going to your website! www.prestwyckhoa.com
• You must create a login and password in order to submit a pool form.
• The link is located on the home page of the website
• Please allow 7 business days to receive your pool card
• A temporary code and or email will be given to you to access the pool until your card arrives

All questions and concerns pertaining to pool cards must be submitted through the community website at www.prestwyckhoa.com under contact us and send a web submission.

Please make yourself aware of the pool rules posted in the pool area as well as on the website.
